1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • Refunds will be granted only in the following cases:

    2. Genuine quality issues
    3. Packages lost in transit
    4. If a wrong item has been delivered to you
  • No refunds will be given in the following cases:
    1. Design and color variations
    2. Product returned in a used or damaged condition

1.2 Process

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
  • Please securely package the item and include the original packing slip or a note with your order number.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

1.3 Refund

  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • We strive to process refunds within 15 business days after receiving your return/exchange request. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

2. Exchanges

2.1 Eligibility

  • We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
  • Exchanges for a different size or color of the same item are also accepted, subject to availability.

  • Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you with an exchange shipping address.

  • Upon receiving the item for exchange, we will inspect it and send out the replacement item as soon as possible.

3. Refunds

3.1 Non-eligible Items

  • Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to gift cards, downloadable software, and final sale items.

3.2 Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company.
