1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility
- We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Refunds will be granted only in the following cases:
- Genuine size issues
- Genuine quality issues
- Packages lost in transit
- If a wrong item has been delivered to you
- No refunds will be given in the following cases:
- Design and color variations
- Product returned in a used or damaged condition
1.2 Process

- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
- Please securely package the item and include the original packing slip or a note with your order number.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
1.3 Refund
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- We strive to process refunds within 15 business days after receiving your return/exchange request. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

2. Exchanges
2.1 Eligibility
- We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
- Exchanges for a different size or color of the same item are also accepted, subject to availability.
2.2 Process

- Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you with an exchange shipping address.

2.3 Replacement
- Upon receiving the item for exchange, we will inspect it and send out the replacement item as soon as possible.
3. Refunds
3.1 Non-eligible Items
- Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to gift cards, downloadable software, and final sale items.
3.2 Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company.
